Umm. . . I love him?

I heart Tim Harrington!

Especially beginning around 3:30. I wish he'd host a show called Homes Fabulous for cable acess and tour musician's homes and talk about architecture and also have between 3 and 5 costume changes per episode. And maybe host annual specials on festival sites and concert venues. Tim and porta potties? That would be priceless! Maybe he could also re-enact the dodge ball game at McCarren Pool, but provide serious commentary about the site while doing so.

Long live Les Savy Fav!

Yet another benefit of working at 2:30-being the first to hear that a new Les Savy Fav album is on it's way! Currently being recording and with a February release date, Les Savy Fav are back! Apparently all their playing at festivals made them realize that everyone is ready for a new one-every wants a new one! It's been a long time since 2004's Inches.
Seems like they had a blast at the Pool Party last weekend-such as Stereogum, Ice Cream Man, and The Modern Age and even our own 2:30 staffers (right behind the guy who got kissed by Tim).
